Willie, You will be missed by so many. We are honored that you played such an important roll in our lives as well as the Steak House. Your memories will be cherished forever. We all loved you so.

Or how the story will end.
But no matter what path we walked on,
You were always a best friend.
While we can't always be together,
We'll never be too far apart.
You gave us the best of you,
You were so good at heart.
Sharing so many memories,
While we worked in that hot kitchen,
You gave us a gift of laughter,
And several pounds we will not mention!
So as we look back through the years,
We look inside your heart,
The many things you did for us,
We'll never be apart.
